We got the money back only after some discussion together with his neighbours and after showing the Western Union receipt - we had the same story: booked 6 nights in August, paid the 30% in advance through Western Union and we received confirmation that we should not worry, the apartment is booked for us.
Moreover, the price is almost double compared to similar locations in the same area and there is no mention on their site about the non-stop working ferry, located at 200m and making a significantly disturbing noise, especially during the night.
